What makes us who we are today
Hi, I’m Fi!
I’ve grown up in a family of bakers; both my grandmothers were home economics teachers and have always had delicious bakes in the house, my great grandfather had a bakery business and my mum has had her own catering company for the past 40+ years!
The Wee Pink Trailer has grown from my idea to open a cafe years ago evolving to wanting a bit more of a unique twist and being outdoors!
I love people and love getting to know your story and hearing how your day is going which is why one of my values is “Real Chat” !
I’ve worked in hospitality since I was in my teens and really love the sense of community you get in working in a wee cafe and that’s something what I want The Wee Pink Trailer to represent.
Currently, The Wee Pink Trailer is available for events whether that be a wedding, a birthday party or whatever you fancy celebrating!
